Elzette Lategan is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Aged Care management. She commenced and managed an Aged Care Facility in Hermanus prior to her migration to Australia. In Australia she managed various Aged Care and Community Care Services as well as auditing Aged Care facilities to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards. Her formal qualifications are as follows:
- Diploma in General nursing and Midwifery
- BA Cur degree majoring Community Care and Nurse Education
- Advanced Diploma in Health Care management
- Masters Degree in Leadership
- Various courses in Aged Care, Dementia, Aged Care Standards and quality assurance.
Elzette returned to Sough Africa in 2012 and believe that she can offer her expertise through ACSS to Aged clients in South Africa.
